Founder and Principal
Andy has always dreamed of running his own business and first began designing and building databases from a young age. He has found his people management skills has greatly assisting in his approach to database design and solutions.
Andy oversees the creative direction at E.L.M. Consulting, LLC as well as business development.

Andy's family is his inspiration. He brings to E.L.M.'s consulting and advisory services the same dedication he has to his family.
Andy is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He is the South Central Region Advisor for IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapters.
